Studio Promoter Program
Studio promoters are high school juniors who are chosen to represent Crystal LeeAnn Photography to their friends, family and acquaintances for their senior portraits.
What is a Studio Promoter?
A studio promoter:1.
Has their Senior portrait session taken by Crystal LeeAnn Photography.a. Session must be taken before April 30th, 2009
2. Shows off their proof book to their friends, family & acquaintances and tells everyone how much they enjoyed their session!

Represents Crystal LeeAnn photography exclusively.4.
Must sign a model releaseWhat are the benefits of becoming a Studio Promoter?
1. A studio promoters session will be as long as they would like it to be!
2. 5 free images to post on myspace or facebook
($75 value)3. Exclusive Studio Promoter cards with your picture, your friends receive a discount and 8 free wallets when they return your card and have their portraits taken by us. These cards track your referrals.
4. $30 off of your senior portrait order for each of your cards that is turned in at the time of the portrait session. (
no card, no credit)5. Additional discounts, products & prizes based on the number of referrals.
6. You get to keep your proof books until December 1
st, regular seniors get to keep their books for only two weeks!How do I become a Studio Promoter?
Fill out the application! Mail us your completed application along with a recent snapshot of yourself. We will accept applications until March 23rd
, 2009; we’ll then select our winners and notify you. We are looking for female and male representative from each of these schools – Ansonia, Arcanum, Bradford, Covington, Franklin Monroe, Greenville, Mississinawa, Piqua, Sidney, Troy, Tri-Village, & Versailles. Please note: Not all that apply can or will be accepted.Your Investment
One the day of your first session you will be asked to pay a session fee of $50 (no matter how long your session is). You will also be asked to leave a $100 deposit. This is for your proof books to leave the studio and will be credited back to you with your order, but is non-refundable. You will not pay any thing further until you place your order, and the goal is to not pay anything at all, right?!?! Your proof books can be purchased when you place your final order if you’d like.
Total due at the first session is $150Reward Bonuses:
On top of the $30 per card that is turned in you will also be eligible for performance benefits!
If you send us 2 referrals
you will be able to keep your proof book(s) at no additional charge.If you send us 5 referrals you’ll be entered into a drawing for a $25 cash prize
If you send us 10 referrals you’ll be entered into a drawing for a $50 cash prize
If you send us 15 referrals you’ll be entered into a drawing for an Apple 8 GB IPod Nano Video & a $25 i-tunes card!
We are also looking for a few clients to stand at our fair booth during the Great Darke County Fair. The shifts will be approximately 4 hours long. Participants will receive a free T shirt and a 10x20 personality panorama. This is also a great chance for you to hand out your cards and get even more referrals!

A referral is a paid booking with Crystal LeeAnn Photography for any type of photography work. Referrals can be for families, children, seniors, maternity, engagement, weddings, modeling or even corporate headshots. These sessions must present your card at the time of their session for you to get credit. The only time senior promoter referrals do not counts, is for special sessions, such as halloween, christmas, or limitedd engagement sets with special pricing.
Tips for being a successful SP:

Hand our every one of your promoter cards to anyone you actually think will book a session.·
Get your parents involved in the promotion!·
Show off your proof book as soon as you get it until the end of school!· Take your proof book with you to camp or anywhere you’ll be with friends, you’ll find interested people everywhere!
